About the Job

As a digital communicator with expertise in graphic design, you will be a key person in the client’s communication function. You will develop visual concepts, produce materials for both digital and physical channels, and ensure that content follows the graphic profile, accessibility requirements, and good language standards.

Your role includes, among other things:

• Graphic design & production for digital and physical channels
• Advisory support on issues related to graphic profile and visual expression.
• Web editing:
• Monitor, respond to, and follow up on cases for the web editorial team
• Publish content on external websites and intranet (CMS)
• Support the organization with web-optimized texts and basic SEO
• Client and requirement-setting role towards external suppliers/designers and communication agencies.

The Candidate We Are Looking For

You are a driven, structured person with a strong sense of graphic design. You collaborate selflessly in teams but also work independently with confidence. You enjoy guiding others and keeping up with trends in digital communication.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Post-secondary education in graphic design, digital communication, or another equivalent qualification
• Experience as a client and requirement-setter towards external suppliers, such as designers and communication agencies.
• Experience producing physical/analog communication materials, such as posters, exhibition materials, and magazines.
• Experience with web publishing, search engine optimization, and CMS tools
• Documented strong skills in written Swedish - with a sense for tone and language.
• Experience producing digital materials in relevant production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of image law, such as GDPR and copyright.
• Basic knowledge of the Accessibility Act for digital public services.

As part of the recruitment process, we will later ask for a work sample. The work sample should demonstrate your skills in both social media work and graphic design.
